Licensed in California, Marriage and Family Therapist Shohreh (“Sho-ray”) Schmuecker offers therapy to individuals in Lafayette, CA. With training in Internal Family Systems Therapy (internal work based on different parts we have within ourselves, much like a family) and somatic counseling, she integrates research-based psychology, mind–body techniques, and a holistic perspective. Shohreh works effectively with anxiety and panic, life transitions, the emotional impact of motherhood, and with trauma symptoms. Her approach is collaborative, intuitive, warm, and conversational.
