Relationship Issues

Trying to understand your patterns and needs in relationships with close loved ones can feel confusing and at times overwhelming. These relationships can be with parents, family members, friends, intimate partners, spouses, children, coworkers or colleagues and/or with yourself. These may be relationships that you have experienced in the past, present or maybe you are trying to navigate how you would like to approach relationships in the future. Psychotherapy offers a safe space where you can truly be yourself, without worrying about offending those closest to you. Psychotherapy can also offer a place to try out new behaviors, communication styles, explorations and ideas.

My approach to therapy brings attention to the emotional, relational and physical experiences you are having as well as looking thoughtfully and compassionately at your history, patterns, and the strengths and growing edges that you bring. I offer individual therapy to explore your experience of the relationships you are in. In session, we will explore your experience, look at prior familial and familiar patterns and process dynamics that currently exist.
