Here I will periodically record and upload meditation videos so you can practice at home.

This is a meditation that can help support your nervous system in calming. Finding neutral in your body refers to finding a place within your body that just "is" and feels neither positively (where ideas of "good" may be associated) or negatively (where ideas of "bad" may be associated) charged. This can provide you with a baseline that is located in your body that you can come back to when you feel overwhelmed.

Be kind to your system- If at any point you feel overwhelmed while doing this meditation or if you feel flooded with anxiety, take a break or stop entirely.
